Ingredients
Ingredients- 700g Chicken Mince
- 1 Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala
- 5g Green Coriander
- 5g Mint
- 15g Onion
- 5g Kasoori Methi
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Cream
4 Paratha
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Sauce
- 10g Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Mehran Green Chili Sauce
- 4 Butter Paper
Instructions
Cooking Oil1- In a bowl, add chicken mince, Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala, green coriander, mint, onion, Kasoori Methi and mix it well. After that, keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
2- Now make kabab with the mince mixture.
3- Now, in a pan, add cooking oil and fry the kabab
4- Now, to make sauce, add mayonnaise, white pepper powder, lemon juice, cream in the bowl.
5- Now, add prepared sauce, kabab, tamarind sauce, onion slice, cabbage on paratha and roll it then cover it with butter paper
